Ongoing management
A finished system that needs tending
A block of build time reserved for you every month, plus the health run that keeps the system current — access, deliverability, integrations, billing. Change protection before edits, scheduled contact export, documentation kept accurate as things move. Standard support.
$1,200 per month
A business shipping regularly
Everything in Operations, with more time reserved and a build cycle every month — one real piece of the system designed and shipped, rather than changes accumulating until the next project. Priority support.
$2,000 per month
Launches and real volume
Everything in Department, on a larger reserved block — and the decisions come with it. Buy, build, or kill on the stack. Security posture reviewed. Systems architected ahead of a launch rather than patched during one. Critical support.
$3,000 per month
By conversation only
A seat at the table. The technology budget owned end to end, your other vendors and contractors managed so you stop being the point they all route through, and input on technical hires before the role gets posted. Six-month minimum, held to a small number of engagements.
$6,000+ per month
A live, shared hour for the things that don't warrant a ticket — a question, a second opinion, a decision you'd rather not make alone. It isn't deducted from your reserved time. It also isn't a work queue: things that need building get built in your block, not on the call.

Emergency work — anything outside scheduled hours, or work that displaces another client's booked time — isn't included at any level. It's billed separately at $450/hour and authorized in writing before it starts. Your monthly block is a capacity reservation, set in your agreement — it holds room on the calendar for you, and it doesn't roll over.
